Ive just been killing the hydra about 30 times and no Emerald Death -_-
And ive got every ZPCI item in the game except the cruddin arctic gloves, they never drop!

Why Roald in council set? I'm pretty sure his Fire attack is based on strength, and his only healing move isn't going to improve that much with Instinct gear.

Yes, I just don't know what they call it. Same thing, they are ZPCI soldiers with Artic gear.
