Well, since it's a gamble, there should be a chance to kill the character, or else, as you said, it might be too cheap. But we might as well end this debate because the skills are never going to get added anyways.
Attack all enemies for 50%/60%/70%/80% of your instinct plus an additional 20/25/30/35 ice damage. Has 20%/40%/60%/90% of causing "brain freeze" for 3 turns, stunning the affected enemy and causing damage equal to 20%/40%/80%/160% of your instinct every turn. As long as "brain freeze" is in effect, all allies, including yourself, gain 100/200/400/700 health per turn.
Give in to the dark side increasing all stats by 500% but when using this you have a 50% chance to die when successful the skill lasts for 5 turns and all enemies are immediately dealt 200% damage of your instinct once the skill ends your allies are instantly killed.
Kachu Tenshin Amaguriken (literally Chestnuts Roasting over an Open Fire Attack) cooldown: 99 focus: 155 (so it's a warm neurology + focus gear only) effect: Sonny fires off punches so fast that while it looks like one, he's really hitting hundreds of times. Strikes 500/1000 times for (Your speed - Enemy speed+vitality) damage. If enemy speed + vitality adds up to more than your speed, or the attack fails to end the fight, Sonny is KO'd due to the sheer strain it puts on his body. Skill bar times: Once. Upgrade levels: Two.

KABOOM!!! Biological Skill 100 Focus 20 CD Explode into a thousands bits dealing heavy damage to the enemy equal to 500% of all your stats all other enemies are dealt 200% damage because of exploding shards your allies are dealt 100% recoil damage equal to your strength.
Megamorph Biological Skill 50 Focus 10 CD Your appearance and armor changes for a total of 6 turns while it increases your strength and vitality by 300% while also dealing 20% more damage but sacrificing 10% of your Life each turn.
