If I had to commit suicide, it would be clean and quick. Bullet through the heart, maybe. Nothing too grotesque.

Suicide...should send a message to the world if I do it. Morbid, macabre.

It would be pointless to send a message. You wouldn't be alive to savor the message you delivered.

If you did it I would revive you (god knows how) just to kill you again for killing yourself *whimper*

Not really the best poem attempt. I may expand this in the future

Death Is But Another Step

It's a silent gush of wind,
That tingles your numb skin.
It takes but does not give,
Black and dripping as an olive.

It's a blessed gift from the Elders,
To sleep fitfully beneath the cedars.
It refreshes the weary travelers,
And incites all the explorers.

It's not something I will fear,
Angel songs our ghosts hear.
Cross over to the other side,
Before the chasm splits too wide.

It's a half way mark in our journey,
Where the Devil commits his felony.
All the damned will be take away,
To start a brand new day.

Death is but another step,
Leave the place where all wept.
Death is just another stop,
Before we ascend to the top.

Hm. . .good new poem. But the meter is a little off in places, which hurts the flow a tiny bit. IT's definitely not your best, but I still like it. Dark, as usual, but the tone of it is almost welcomingly dark. Which is great. ^_^

Why? Is it because of the macabreness? That's the only reason I could perceive. You shouldn't be shy about the quality of your writing, for sure.
