I prefer the Gang RPG, I have ideas for the Underground RPG, but the Gang RPG sounds more interesting.

Just make sure that your in-game stuff like instructions or a backstory is grammatically correct, since your characters probably aren't going to be.

It'll need a shop function, but different supplies for each Gang.

Outlanders members can go on missions to steal parts from local junkyards (or even be based in one?) and must avoid the security dogs.
