You call upon the mighty Lochness Monster and then tell it to summon it's mightiest attack and BOOOOOM!!!! It Shoots High presurized, boiling, toxic waste water at the opponent.
This may poisin them and burn them.
That is the Water Tier.

This calls upon the Lochness monster and The Guardian Dragon. The both use there attacks on the enemy instantly killing them.
But, this will leave the attacker stunned for 5 turns.
