Yes, but I'm pretty sure you'll be more alert than to not do anything if 20 romans are charging. We don't need to point the obvious.

In earthquake that's true... In normal, that is not. Blackqueens and missiles would be the most logical choice for romans since blackqueens and missles destroy every ground unit in one blow except hover tanks, sakata mk II, and gladiators.

Rocker, not true.
Air units are better because romans can still attack tanks.
Question:
Hover tanks have splash?

Yes indeed they do, but they have very small splash radius compared to a chronite tank. Maybe kill 3 infantry in a 20 infantry army per shot. Still, splash is what changes chronite tanks the most ideal choice for infantry.

Chronite tanks do have better splash ideal for infantry but hover has higher rate of fire

Yes which makes chronite tanks the best at destroyoing infantry units (besides snipers). Because in a 20 infantry army, chronite tank might be able to destroy the infantry in 1 single blow (perhaps 2). Making it shorter than for a hover tank to destroy the same sized army.

Black queens, of course, kill all infantry, chronite tanks and groditz in one hit.
