how do u get them and how do u check how much you have?

You get them by posting/commenting on games along with rating them. You check them by clicking on your profile, on the top left of the scree, then there should be a box with your points.

you get 2 points for posting in games and rating them 2 points for messaging someone and 1 point for writing in forum +1 for me >.<

You get points by
Forum Post=1AP Comment=2AP Rate a game=2AP Refferals=10AP Merits=25AP
You check by clicking on your username and there is a box with the amount of points you have in that box.

also you get points by
Submitting games=20AP
to get to your username, click on your username on the top right hand corner when you logged on to AG

i think the # of AP you need to get a rank should be lowered alttle bit. or you should get more AP for things.
