There is proof that GOD'S son Jesus was on earth in the past Jesus was tortured and nailed to a cross. Then JESUS was buried and the next day or so he was gone. If that isn't GODS son who's son is he. I believe in GOD I am a Christian, and a loyal Canadian.

Failed logic here.

Once there was an alchemest in England. He whent away on a misterios jurney with his wife and came back ritch. He spent a ton on charity and hospitals. Then, after he died, tomb raiders when into his tomb, and found no bodies. Thus everyone thought that he had found the philosiphers stone. Does it make it true? No. The man was real, his name excapes me but his name was in the first Harry potter and in the book The Alchemest.

And there isn't even proof of Jesus living, thus further killing your argument.

Nicolas Flamel, I didn't know he was a real person, I should have known that. This goes well with my comparison of the Bible to Harry Potter in status of being real. I have heard many times on here that the Bible has real places and real people in it thus making it non fiction. Harry Potter has real places and real people but is a work of fiction.

way to rename another discussion, all the time people make new ones about the same thing, the only looks on Jesus are God's son - The Jewish version where he is a profit - and that he doesn't exists there you go this conversation is over, there is nothing to debate.

jesus was a real person and there is no doubt in my mind about that. but the problem is how would "god" have had a child even if he was real.

I think a better question is why would God need to send his son down just to be a human sacrifice in order to forgive us? it seems like a rather unnecessary and contradictory step for a supposed all loving all forgiving being.

We already have, like 4 other threads on atheist v. creationist. What's the point of this one?

LOL Jesus did make a profit out of the Jews! He got them to give their money to him.

How can u compare a movie character or movie to the bible.

BeastMode10 this thread is to prove that GOD is real. Mainly Christians and Catholics believe in GOD.

Ok then when they came back to see Jesus on the post why was he not there any more. I doubt a normal person could do that. So he must be GOD'S son then.

Nicolas Flamel had nearly the same thing, as I said, and he didn't even claim to be a gods son. How is that even remotly proof when it can happen to anybody?

You do realize Harry Potter was a book series first right? I'm comparing on collection of books to another. But really the medium shouldn't matter much it's still dealing with a fictional story with real people and places added in. It Proves the argument that the Bible containing real people and places makes it non fiction to be an inaccurate view since fiction can do this as well and still be fiction.

Which version of the story are you referring to? I'm pretty sure it says they went to his tomb and found it empty. However even if this part of the story is true all it proves is he was removed from his tomb not that God exists.
