Background:
I drew this in 45minutes during math class which is why it is on graph paper. I'm not in any classes for drawing, or even an art class. Sure I doodle every so often but nothing seriously like this. I did not trace it, I DID draw it. It is a copy from the album Plastic Beach by the Gorillaz. It seems i'm only able to draw well, if i see it. I'm not able to draw off the top of my head, any tips on doing that?

You draw very well. This is really good for your first serious drawing. You have a gift... even if you have to see it to draw it. Most people don't have enough hand-eye coordination to do things like that. For drawing things in your head: When you imagine something, imagine it in a three-dimensional space - fully rotatable with no blank or empty places. Think of every possibly little detail; every line, speck, and shadow. Think of the perspective and which parts should be smaller or larger because of the distance. Hope this helps.

I know it's been a while, and I have a load ton more of new drawings. But this is my most recent.
I had thought about creating a completely new thread for my artwork, but I wasn't sure if I could just do it back on here.

Well Murdoc was made before I had any sort of artistic training and resources!
My Gordon Ramsey turned out great for how long I actuallyed worked on it (about 3 hours, it's 11x14)
I'm working on another of my friend! I started today, worked about an hour on it, should be finished by Monday next week, I have no time to work on it haha!
