Main changes will be all those new features: Facebook and Twitter sort of thing where you can have a full-friendship with other users or choose to follow them. Achievements. The revamped search-bar. Privacy options for your profile page. *Possibly* being able to use your own Armatar when you get enough reputation. Being able to re-rate flash games. Status updates on profile. Like Facebook.
Oh, yes, I knew I was forgetting something out of that list I put up.
You'll also be able to change your username in AG3.

^That's going to be a nice feature for people like me and many others that would like to change their username.
