This topic is for people who like me rate GemCraft chapter zero and/or GemCraft Labyrinth as their favourite game(s).
My second favourite game is Monster's Den / Monster's Den: Book of Dread. Like GemCraft it's a game with endless variety made by a brilliant independent developer and it is great fun. There are so many different character classes, weapons, armour and skills that it suits many different styles of play, and you can experiment with many alternative strategies.
In my endless quest for entertainment I'd like to know about some other truly great games.
Sorry I can't contribute to the list as you've already mentioned the two games I've already faved. LOL. GCL and Book of Dread are both excellent games, addicting right from the start. And, with all the customizations / upgrade options and different campaigns, they both have high re-playability. They could both easily be console games, imo.
well, I'm a bit broad in selecting favorites. I like Sonny and Sonny 2, I like Arachnophilia (isn't posted here for some reason), while this does not prevent me liking something like Solipskier and Spin the Black Circle, the last being the game full of "RAGE QUIT!" comments, being awesomely hard at points. I also like games with development, like IntoSpace! and Hedgehog Launch (first one, second is too easy with fuel sucker).
Video games: C&C Tiberium war 3, Kane`s wrath and Halo sequel. Flash games: too lazy to type them all, just check my favourite game list on my profile.
