I have a suggestion: I think it would be nice to rate/like user comments that are given for games. Also it would be nice to keep the comments that receive thee most likes on top of the commenting place. I've visited this site called kongregate.com they have this system of liking user comments and the most liked comments stay on top of the other user comments for that game. It would be very nice to see the best comments/tips for playing the game without going/searching over all the comments. Please make some system like that. Thankyou. 007

Most of the comments are only 10 words to 15 words. There are not going to be on every game a Merit worthy review.
You're trying to say that most of the comments are not review worthy because you haven't seen many comments worth it. How about you start reading more, or playing more games. I've seen many comments that deserve to be at the top of the comments list because they are the best comments there.
Let me put it this way, people leave their comment on the game (Not a good comment as most of them aren't). Their comment is E.G. 16 words. Then after the comment, they post some joke about the game. People are gonna vote up the comment with the cruddy review just because they think the joke is funny. Look at YouTube, 90% of the highest rated comments are not even really about the entire video but a tiny part that they made some joke about. You cannot say that there is not a chance of something like this happening.

So have I! I have seen many comments that really deserve to have the chance to be voted up. Its a good idea, but it just will not work like you guys are hoping.

You missed my whole point. I know that eventually, comments that people think are funny are gonna take the place of the comments that are really deserving to be voted up! Did you even stop and consider the downside to comment voting? All the ideas in the world are not gonna stop this from happening. The voting system will end up being abused.

There would be a vote up and down feature on comments, then there would be a flag button on the comments or some other way to report useless comments that people see. Let's say that if a comment gets around four down votes then it goes into the database where the flagged comments go then they get removed.

Or I think that they will have a way of getting notified when a comment reaches the 'best comments' section. Then they'll probably skim through them and delete the useless ones.
well.................................... First of all if ur popular ur most likely gonna get messages about ur game like " Dude ur game is off d hook" and the creater won't even bother the time to finish reading it and rate it. I mean next thing i expect is rating names of files guys i don't thing anyones gonna be crying that they got one star on there comment i mean 13+ gotta be more mature. though i definetly havn't seen that since i started. No ones gonna take it seriously.
You're stating this as if it were a fact, it's not. So don't state it as such. People will take the voting up seriously, because some people are actually mature and will vote up the review that deserve to be at the top.
