So, this is a side project I shall be working on. I was somewhat inspired by MoonFairy's and Tacky's thread Adventures of AG: A State of Emegency, and a desire to use my own thread, The Deck of Games, for something a little more creative. The basic premise is the same I'll need you, the users, to create a short character sheet. There are restrictions though:
1. You must be in The Deck of Games 2. The character sheet must be filled out correctly 3. Weapons cannot be modern and must be fantasy related (Swords, bows, magic, ect)
If you would like to be in The Deck of Games, see this and comment on which possition you would like. Also, please provide a good reason as to why, I shall not accept reasons like: because I am like, good!
Now, the character sheet.I will use my personal one as the example you MUST follow.
Name: Wolf House: High House Tragedy Position: King Weapon:Hand and a half Sword Bio: A wanderer of far off lands and a master of the sword, Wolf has lost all that he once held dear. Posed as the King of High House Tragedy he has degenerated into a cynical and bitter man, infected by sadness. Description: Wolf has shoulder length dark brown hair. He is of average height and build, having mostly wirey muscle. He only possesses his right hand having lost his left in a duel years ago.
If I have time, I may create pictures of the cards based on your descriptions of your characters. Well, I can't draw, so I may ask someone else XD
Name: Antigone(I have learnt to like her better than Hyper, I am afraid). House: High House Games Position: Queen. Weapon: Magic Quill(the medieval version of the pen, which is of course said to be mightier than the sword). Bio: Well, you know the Greek myth Antigone? Her history's like that, minus the capture by Creon and suicide. As far as personality goes(since you included that in your bio and that's what I'm basing mine on), she's intelligent and independent, and a definite believer in brains over brawns. As far as combat goes, her only skill is in tactics(she's been known to enjoy a good game of chess every once in a while), and she's certainly not a master of any weapon but the quill(unless of course you count a particularly sharp tongue as a weapon). She's generally not particularly optimistic or pessimistic, but takes the realistic view(often calculating the exact percentages of success versus failure and making her decision based on that). She has a good moral compass and is generally a decent person, but will not go out of her way to help someone. Description: Short, with olive skin and medium length black hair(going for a Greek physique). Fairly average physique, not muscular, skinny, or fat.
Anyway, I decided to start the thread. It seems like an interesting concept to me. I am already in the Deck of Games, it appears, so it works out well. If there are any problems, please inform me and I will do my best to repair them. You know what this "house" thing reminds me of? The Song of Fire and Ice saga by George R. R. Martin.
Bio: Wandered to AG from a place-need-not-be-named, and has setteled (permamently?) near ArmorCity. Strayed into the Forums, and with help from other AGer's, he began to refine his writing skills. Due to his choice of abode-location, he is also extremely adept with his bow. Is also obsessed with flight, and despite what others say, he believes its still possible...
Description: Wears a standard shirt and trousers, held up with a leather belt. The belt also has a short knife (about 8 in.) thrust into it. Over this goes a worn-out travelers cloak, with a hood that is ussualy over the head. The cloak falls down to about the knees, revealing leather boots. On the back is a short, recurve bow that fits into a small quiver, which holds 24 arrows. A statchel is slung over the left side, so as not to inhibit the drawing and firing of the bow. In the Satchel is Journal, writing materials, a few assorted books (including On Flight: A Short Guide, and Cicero's On Duties), a small first-aid kit, and other assorted items, including a small vial of neurotoxin.
Name: Holladay15 House: Secret House of awesomeness Position: Assassin Weapon:Bow-and-arrow, daggers, gaunlets and shurikens Bio: An assassin with a squad of 3 including himself kill for pay and wager. Although an assassin he is actually a swell guy before he went into killing he was a comedian but, do not be fooled he is a killing machine Description: A dark fire-proof cape, with a hood underneath a leather belt one on waist, two on torso forming an X. with a black vest, undershirt with holes and torn sleeves that makes them sleevless, ninja shoes and two leather sleeves that cover entire forearms.

This is an unacceptable entry because you have failed to look at The Deck of Games. The link is in the OP, please check it out.
Wolf awoke gasping for air and sheathed in sweat. He threw the thin blanket off and rolled to sit on the edge of the straw mattress. He passed a shaking hand over his face, rubbing away the cold sweat while simotaneously brushing his hair from his face. Resting his head in his hand he stared at the cold stone floor of his sleeping chambers. Futiley he tried to disperse the nightmare from his thoughts, but he had witnessed it so many times before he knew it to the last detail. Sighing, he stood and crossed to the basin.
The dream. It had been of the girl again, the one he had lost all those years ago. In the dream she was in his room, her brown hair unbound and flowing past her shoulders, her green eyes fixed on his. They seemed to glow, like witchfire. She would, it seemed, glide to his side, where she would sit. All the while his eyes tracked her every move, and when she was near him, he could hear the song she would always sing. That haunting melody that spoke of the sea. Her voice echoed through him.
For where did my poor sailor go? The man I once held dear. He of sailing ships of gold To horizon far and near.
A hundred days I stood for him Upon the cliffs so cold. And never did he return For this maid of gold.
Oh where has my dear sailor gone Upon his ship of gold? The winds have changed, The season turned And now I face the cold...
Cold water. The shock snapped him away from the memory of the dream. It would not do him any good to dwell on it anymore than was necessary, but he seemed to dwell on it more and more as time went on. He looked at himself in the mirror. His long face was drawn and pinched, dark circles had formed under his eyes from too many sleepless nights and his dark hair hung lank. In the dream, as it had been those years ago, he was hale and full of youth, he had also had both his hands. He stared down at the stump of his wrist where his left hand had once been. Another sigh.
He shook his head and crossed to the hearth. He stirred the few dying embers that remained in the hopes of fire. With in a few minutes he had stoked them enough to be rewarded with a flame. He place some kindling on the fire and waited for it to catch. After the fire was tended to and crackling hungrilly he passed to the large desk that was situated against a wall. On the desk rested a deck of lacquered wooden cards. The Deck of Games. The thought stirred memories of the first time he had held it. At least over a decade now, but the cards were in the same condition as the were them. And there were more of them.
Placing a hand on the deck he picked up the first card and flipped it over. He grimaced, unsurprised. He was staring at a near perfect rendition of himself bound by heavy iron chains to a monsterous iron throne. In his right hand he held his hand and a half sword across his knees, while his left arm rested on the throne. King of High House Tragedy. Reaching for the second card he stopped, hand just above the Deck. Perhaps this is unwise... This reading could show me things I'd rather not know. And should my card lie at the center... No. Best to go no further. With that he flipped his card face down on the table. Turning from the deck he went back to his bed, praying this time his sleep would be dreamless.
Name: Nickname: Tacky; Real name: Lynn House: High House Tragedy Position: Fool Weapon: Two long daggers and a hidden blade, though much prefers to fight with bare hands and heavy boots. Bio: She's usually happy-go-lucky due to her mild upbringing as a child. However, her dual personality that emerges at times, developed after years of being betrayed by friends and enemies as she grew up, is one of suspicion and deceit. Trick or be tricked. Description: Shorter height and skinny with long black hair. Pale skin and scars on arms and back from those that betrayed her. She likes drawing on herself as well, and thus will often be covered in various doodles.
Name: Holladay House: High House Games Position: War hero Weapon:Heavy 2-handed blade, Composite bow and metal gaunlets Bio: Sir, holladay war hero of highhouse games he is known to be a one man army. Know that song seven nation army by white stripes? yeah, that song was about him he is known to be unstoppable but, what awaits him in this new region? perhaps these new adventures will prove otherwise. He is a sharp shoot and a master of his two-handed blade. But, other wise he is a pretty funny guy before he became a warhero he was actually a comedian but, then became a body builder, then a soldier and this is how he became a warhero Description: He has the regular steel armor that a knight would have but, he doesn't use the helmet, he has long, spiky hair with green eyes. He also, has a purple fire-proof cape along with tanned skin.
Name:MoonFairy, commonly known as Moon. House: High House Counting Time Position: Queen Weapon: Magic, but also known for ability with a bow and arrow along with a dagger Bio: Haunted by a dark past, Moon has multiple secrets that she dare not let on to other people. Some people know bits of it, but she would never tell a soul of her entire past. Moon has multiple moods, all very extreme and contradicting when you try to list them all. She luttered around AG for almost 2 years before she realized nothing was keeping her from entering the city, and when she arrived officially at the gates, she kept a rather low profile for some time. She frequents the Art, Music, And Writing section, for she has had her soul intertwined with the arts since birth. Rarely ventures outside of the Tavern and AMW, but has been spotted in the WEPR and Newcomers area a little bit. Description: Leans on the short side, and is incredibly lightweight. Dirty-blonde curls flow to the middle of her back, and her hair is constantly pulled back into a ponytail. Her eye color shifts with her mood and she is regularly seen in a t-shirt and a pair of flexible jeans. In contrast with her name, she has a deep tan in the spring and summer. But when fall and winter come around she is rather pale. Her body is covered with various scars and has a tattoo around the left side of her face that only appears when the moon is full.
And for the description, I think it is rather obvious, that the Fairy has wings. Just stating that in case some people didn't understand. If you need anything else, just email me, wolf.
