Im going with Gemcraft Chapter Zero. In depth and lots of replay value, but it gets boring if you play for too long in one sitting.
I can't decide, I have so many favourites, but some of them would be Colony, Bubble Tanks 2, and I found Choas Faction to be quite fun.
