well i was told this by another moderator that this is how you become a moderator

You wont become one if you get all that, these are only the minimum "requirements" to become one... the most important step is to picked out and accepted by the stuff.
So have fun on the site, if you are acceptable and they need more mods they might choose you.

In page 1, at the part criteria of Mod, Conrym said: "You need to have an exceptional grasp of the English language (excellent spelling and grammar) but being fluent in one other language for support purposes may help your chances. You don't need to be an English professor, but 1337-speaking / textmsg writing styles, or writing styles which are difficult to read/understand will disqualify you"

Can I ask what is the 1337 speaking styke? 1st time i have ever heard about that style...

Leet/1337 speak is to blend letters and numbers to appear overly cool, or "elite"/"leet"/"1337". It's old times "super cool hacker style", but these days everyone that might do this usually comes off as a complete moron.
I think it was cool again a few years back, but then it died again.

So, basically, write a comprehensible English. We have old farts like me that refuses to read something composed of both letters and numbers, or words that are missing half the letters and so on, so forth.

-Maybe 18 years old or older.

You don't have to be 18 to become a moderator. There were many that were under 18.
