You can't unlock everything because there are things missing in the game.
You mean that you can't unlock a flair also if you do what you have to do to get it? This is strange, but I don't know it. I don't play just to get achievements.

If I recall correctly there's a few flitters/little light things missing on uniplayer, so you can't complete uniplayer 100%/unlock everything.

I used the refresh thing nothing else and I still got a great uniplayer time of 4:26.43. This is as of now btw
