In this spin-off of CtO, there is a lovely city called Lolcatia! Unfortunately, the previous villains of CtO are pissed off at Lolcatia for it's causing them to be killed by intrepid Objective Completers. So, they decided to level the city! Little do they know that the Objective Completers are ready to protect their city...

Well, if he's going to kill me...He'll have to kill Meow Meow too. I bought him with cat food, so he's loyal to me!

While i'm at that, I rob some lolcatian citizens and buy some cat food to level up meow meow with.

i want my body back! i don't want a robot body, because then i can't use abilities that require chakra. *sighs* i take out Skyward Dragon, and slash tom to pieces, then take my corpse and flee Lolcatia, and join up with rick, taking with me any units i myself hired. (not Meow Meow, for obvious reasons)
