The bamboo line of Wacom tablets are cheap and pretty good entry level tablets. Here is their page the capture and connect are the newest line of even cheaper tablets but their not for digital art really. The Bamboo Capture is decent and is priced at $99 or you can save up for the bigger and more expensive bamboo create.
after watching some demo's and reviews I ordered the Wacom intuos 4 Small from amazon, thanks for all your replies guys! hoping this will work good with Ps, and Flash.
