To get this easy credits, set up a Quick match exactly like this:
Match Type: Capture the Flag Points to Win: *This can vary, but if you want the most points choose*: 15 or 25 Weapons: All Special Mode: None Abilities: On (This doesn't matter if it's on or off) Equipment: On (This doesn't matter if it's on or off)
Then:
Setup your team like this:
Players: 1 Difficulty: Medium
Setup the other team like this:
Players: 1 Difficulty: Very Easy.
*With this setup, the credits stay the same as normal matches, despite being far easier. If you win you get 625 points for collecting the flags alone. If you decide to be cocky, you can't get up to unlimited amounts of points, depending on how much time you want to take.*
If 625 points isn't enough for you:
Just after you've collected the 24th flag, simply keep killing your one enememy. This gives you small/gradual amounts of credits, but after an amount of time, say 20-30 mins you'll have stacked up a pretty decent amount.
To do this effectively, don't mess around, just take their flag and go, take it and go, take it and go etc. Once you know your going to win the game (Maybe you've got 23-24 flags, then start getting cocky, and maybe try to earn a few headshots, crotchshots etc.)
Also, at the end of the game you will get around 50-80 points for simply winning the game.

Where does the 625 points come from?
When you collect 1 flag and bring it back to your base that is 25 points, do this 25 times and that gives you 625 points. SIMPLES!
How do you play Capture The Flag Mode?
If you play Call Of Duty you would be familiar with those, but for those who don't - You basically spawn/respawn (Come to life) at your base. You need to sprint to the enemy's base and collect their flag. Once you have their flag (it will look as if it is on your player's back) sprint back to your base, and just run over your own flag. Once you have done that, there's 25 points.
