Secular, Libertarian (is that how you spell it? I never got that one right.), Democratic, Liberal. It's kinda like, "I want equal rights for everybody, I don't really care that much about illegal immigration because our system to immigrate is pretty hard to get through too, and I'm leanin' towards Democrats in my vote." So, I want this country to change and be nice to people instead of this crap right now. Oh, and I also like Obama. OH NOES. I spoke the forbidden words here. I said *in a whispery voice* "Obama." There is no such thing as a purposeful natural figure who artificially dictates and defines our purpose. Hkmosexuality is a phenomenon that is as common across the natural world as the water in the sea.
I'm not sure whether you put on your thinking cap but when I mentioned various countries I was referring to political parties from these counties because if you recall there are more than just Americans here. It's simple enough and I'm not sure why you didn't get it.
Also most of us have no problems with Christians. We have problems with Christians who tell us what to do and try to impose that on us. You think you can manage that?

We established that homosexuality was natural a long time ago - if you'd like to make the hop into the 21st century at some point then it'd be much appreciated. You might also like to consider things such as human rights regardless of sexual orientation.

I am very much against the obama health care plan. I think there was one part where once you're a certain age you have to be counseled to die. Maybe they would give you like a lethal pill. I'm young now, but someday I'll be an old man (if I'm not killed in the army).

The Big bang was caused by hydrogen atoms under large amounts of pressure. No one knows where they came from but atheists look for more reasons than just God did it, that said many Christians believe in the Big Bang, they just say God triggered it.

Yes, people may not know how the Big Bang started the Universe or how GOD made the big bang happen but all literal Christians say is that God did it, end of. This makes them close minded and as Albert Einstein said:

Saying "we don't know" is wiser than "this happened and I'm sticking by it despite contrary scrutiny." We have more proof than you think. We aren't completely in the dark as to the origin of the universe.
Y'all are welcome to discuss any and all forms of politics concerning a political party, but in terms of religion, we have threads to deal with that. So go there if you feel like debating specifically on this.

Last time I looked into it the USA spent 5 times as much as the next highest spender, China, which has a larger standing army. There is no reason for the US to spend so much on its military.

It is pointless. You're mixing military spending with the obscene extent of money and resources spent on a quintessentially useless, pointless, meaningless war. The former has been what almost every US president has been willing to shell out to maintain US global paramountcy since 1945, of which I have no qualms since it reduces the security burden on other nations. What was redundant was going into Iraq, spending astonishing amounts of money due to a few harebrained officials who didn't care about and embellished external reports about the nature of Iraq's supposedly existing WMDs.
In effect, America going into Iraq didn't make it safer, in fact it did the opposite of antagonising and inflaming further the goodwill and opinion of the rest of the world, particularly the Muslim world, which has ever since, promptly escalated and intensified its efforts to eradicate the Great Satan. The Republicans didn't make the world safer, they made it more perilous.
