With all this burger talk, I think it would be appropriate to bring up the Luther burger.

It also should be noted that Luther Vandross, the singer who this burger was named after, died of a heart attack.
For some reason, oddly, it's the lettuce that seems out of place on that burger. What it's really lacking is bacon!
The veggies don't add much flavor-wise, but they are a necessity if you want some amount of moisture on your burger. Keep in mind that you will run out of saliva eating this burger, and there are no other condiments to provide you with backup saliva.
But the burger in the picture is rare, because the ones I've had in the past have all had bacon on them.
I don't think I'd be able to eat a burger that stuck to the roof of my mouth.
The peanut butter is melted (at least the one in the picture is), so that's one thing you don't have to worry about.
I know I posted this in last year's edition, but the name makes me laugh every time for some odd reason.

Grape jelly soda, for those of you who can't read Japanese.
