On the top of my head, I'd have to say Konata Izumi (Lucky Star).

I'd have to say either L or Rem both from Death Note. L is such a unique, interesting genius character and adds a lot to the show. But I really do admire Rem's protectiveness of Misa. She is always there for Misa and does anything to ensure her happiness and safety.

The fourth hokage from Naruto. He's so quick and I love his teleportation jutsu.

I definitely have to go with Alucard from Hellsing Ultimate

He's just awesome in every level, plus he can easily mimic Alucard's evil laugh XD.
and Alucard in reverse is Dracula nuf said.

Hiei or Vincent of YuYu Hakusho/Ghost Fighter.

I think Sebastian from Black Butler is pretty awesome. He always does the most unexpected things. When you think that he's become as cool as he can gets cooler. His character really surprises me more and more and made my jaw drop multiple times.

I also like Luffy from One Piece. Hes so simple minded that you love his character but the problem is I don't think he's complex enough to really connect with you.

I have alot, does it have to be just one?

Oh goodness, how to decide? Maybe L from Death Note because he's a genius and you don't know what to expect. Maybe Ceil from Black Butler because he's so different than most anime characters I'm used to and has an interesting history.

Gene Starwind from the anime Outlaw Star. I liked how he had serious personality flaws that got him into trouble and how he had to overcome those flaws in order to help the people he grows to care about.

Like Thepyro222, my fav Is Alucard from Hellsing. There's no caracters with more charisma than him ^_^
