I'd say Roy Mustang from Fullmetal Alchemist.
(I haven't seen a lot of animes beside this one)

Someone said this already, but here's my favorite: L (Death Note).

I know this is kind of stretching it a bit, but Sonic would be one of my favorites. He isn't really in anime very much but I believe he should get a mention at least.

I think this is my favourite one although some other come real close.

There are so many good ones, but I'd have to say that one of my favorites is Alucard from Hellsing, he is a real ****** vampire who doesn't play by the rules! Another favorite is Grell and Sebastien from Black Butler, they are such interesting and charismatic characters!

I don't watch that much anime, but I do sometimes and I think my favorite is King Kazma from Summer Wars.
