I have it for Xbox 360, and there is just so much you can do in it. It is a really fun game. I would reccomend getting the PC one though, because in the Xbox 360 version you can't breed animals, or make them follow you with wheat.

But Terraria on the other hand costs 9.99 and has the same replay-ability as minecraft AND it has easy to use easy to install mods and a mod that is server browser allowing you to easily navigate to different servers. Also, a Terraria server is easier to install than a minecraft server.

Its also unfinished and no longer in development. I do like Terraria, but its not as easily moddable and isn't quite equal to Minecraft for most people.

Minecraft is next to impossible to mod. I'm sorry your such a fan boy you don't know that. Also, you lose all your stuff when you die, which is A: The dumbest freaking idea for a sandbox ever. You cant build anything mechanical besides some dumb red stone stuff you have to find which are again pretty flippen rare. You cant build a miniature house without some more stupid and wild goose chase like modding AND its multiplayer sucks ***. You literally have to KNOW an IP. I use the terraria server viewer. MC doesn't have that. Oh yea, sure its an endless world, UNTIL YOU TRY TO DIG IN THE GROUND ONLY TO FIND BEDROCK IN YOUR WAY! And until your computer explodes from all the blocks it has to generate. People blindly follow MC developers, hell when he started hating the yogscast most of their fans didn't even care. And when he passed the torch to Jeb, they still didn't care. Its not built into Terraria, you can't use it in favor of Terraria. And if you want to you have to include something like the minecraft forums server section.

Minecraft is worth it only if you have friends who will play it with you. The singleplayer is fun for a while as you learn how to make things, and fight monsters, however, once you become a pro at that stuff and figure out the game, it will get old. Multiplayer, however, adds many more things. People add plugins like Mob Arenas, Factions, etc. Not to mention showing off your creations and pvp. And to top it off playing with friends can be a blast making a base and then fighting other players together.
You get 5000% more game play from skyrim than from MC. You get 50000% more game play from gmod, A ten dollar game compared to 10$. MC is not worth it by a long shot.

I have spent hundreds, if not over a thousand hours, playing Minecraft. No other game in my library compares to that, none even come close. Also I'm not alone in that amount of play time. And thats just people who go on the forums. If hundreds or thousands of hours of fun is not worth 30 Euros I think you might need help.
