Does anyone know whats with all the pretty mediocre MMOs coming out lately? It seems as if flash game makers are just cranking these out to make money off of people buying coins and such in game. From annoying wait times (you can only play x amount of time per day) to sub par play styles that have all been done before, I think that flash game makers can do a better job.
Blame society. Everyone likes to eat, so do the game makers and food costs money. Microtransactions in "free to play, but.." games seem to yield more income than other ways of financing. It's easier for devs to see the trend than to think of something new and interesting - the simple options have all been used up already
All these other ones make it seem like armorgames is just getting desperate.
That's not an act of desperation, it's just business. Desperate is closing your eyes and drinking magical juices from a hose in a back alley for crack money.
I think you should throw away your vacuum cleaner - cause it sucks - and do all the cleaning by hand. And turn off your computer cooling fans - they suck too (air) and there are better, quieter cooling systems, so what if they cost a ton of money and are hell to handle?
But seriously - there are people that like those MMOs..at least until their plays-per-day run out. And then they like them again the next day! I'm an example - frankly I tried the shopkeeping game and hated it. The newest card games though I see as quite fun..when I don't have to wait for energy to refill.
Qui pro quo
It is however rather nasty not to know if we're running into a brick wall when charging into "new" appearances. What I mean is the lack of ratings, at least local ones. Me - I'm lazy. Cbb to look for reviews somewhere else, at most I'll ask here on the forums. Blame me, but how many will say the same?
