They could also have been deleted for being too short to not count as spam.
Either way, the post count does not always update instantly, neither does the AP count, so you could easily make a bunch of posts without seeing the AP add to your overall score a second later. If so, wait it out, and the count will be updated after a couple of hours, when the cache itself has been updated.
