I have the same problem. All games that I played have no record of my progress, including the ones I saved to my account. I have not cleared out my cookies, so that's not it.

Same thing on raze 2 and all my other games but after that one time no more problems

If a game has "only" a local save (which is in case of papas games) all your progress is bind on cookies/tempfiles.
If there deleted, your progress is lost and cant be restored (ok, if u have a copy of them...^^).

So make soure your cookies/tempfiles wont be deleted and all would be fine.
Your computer could delete them automaticly (there several settings for that function, mostly its periodical) so check and change your settings.

For me the problem was the ever amusing Google Chrome which started to save (and look for) local saves in different directory after the latest update.

well i used google chrome too if that help >.< and @c00per wow could that really happen?

Yeah, it could.
Before the latest update, Chrome saved all saves to
C:\\Documents and Settings\\Username\\Application Data\\Macromedia\\Flash Player\\#SharedObjects
and now they are in
C:\\Documents and Settings\\Username\\Local Settings\\Application Data\\Google\\Chrome\\User Data\\Default\\Pepper Data\\Shockwave Flash\\WritableRoot\\#SharedObjects
I'm using XP atm, but it should be similar with Vista/7.

tl;dr: All game saves are now in Google Chrome installation folder.

You could also use another browser until chrome is updated.

I'm afraid this may be a permanent "feature", so you could just copy all saves from old directory to the new one.

I lost my progress of kingdom rush. all online saves just disappeared.
