what i don't understand, is why BF3 threads never seem to last the way others do, i love it and my brother noticed something whilst watch one of the bourne movies, they have seine crossing in the movie, it's like the BF3 map only BF3 changed it a bit but that was pretty cool i love BF3, i love CoD they are both FPS (duh) but they are different, they are very different and it's nice to have the different FPS styles like this, popular at the same time and all that
Anyways, I love this game. The only thing I don't like is some of the server settings. I think it would be a lot better if at the creators discretion, they could ban certain weapons from their servers. Because admins of servers aren't always on, and I love sniping servers. Although I hate when this is interrupted by a LMG or some ***hole with a DAO-12 and plays all the MCOMS, ending the game with no one to stop him.
I like BF3. It's realistic and has big maps. A lot of environmental effects. I'm also a Team Deathmatch guy. Canals and Metro are my favorites. Canals, despite the snipers on the back ends of the map, the middle part has a good amount of action. Metro is good for any game mode. I get annoyed quite frequently because of shotguns though.
My favourite game mode is rush, and the maps I usually play on are metro, seine crossing, and grand bazaar. I occasionally play conquest on caspian border and some others. The main problem I have when I play are incompetent teammates. On rush I usually don't find organised teams. You could have the easiest mcom to defend, and they would lose it so easily. Or if you're on offense, you'd have an mcom that isn't defended however they still fail to take destroy it.
