These days they are crappy. But CN cancelled Foster's in 2009, and it's not one of those crappy shows. It came out in 2003, so it's not one of those weird modern ones.
Fosters is Amazing! I love Mr. Hareman or whatever... The Bunny butler! And Blue!! and Eduardo. I'm glad I saw this thread because I was already mad at cartoon network for not showing enough Home Movies.
