Whenever I post a forum or a reply then reload the page, my posts are gone. Why is this happening???????

Try ctrl+f5. If your posts don't show up that way they were probably deleted.

Hit Ctrl-F5 whenever you post. There is a glitch in the forums that wont let your comments or posts appear without a hard refresh.

None of your posts have been deleted. What was stated in earlier posts is correct. You need to hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) to bypass the cache. Your posts should show up after you do so. Simply refreshing (F5) won't work.
