Even though your OP is vague to say the least... I think you mean to ask whether those threads that are locked now will ever be re-opened for posting or not?

In that case, the answer is a clear 'no' I'm afraid... threads that are locked stay locked 99% of the time, unless a moderator or administrator sees a good reason for re-opening them!

I think it's just another glitch. It happened to me a few weeks ago, but the comments came back after a while.

As has been said, they will return when they're ready. In the future, I advise you keep your queries in the OP and not in the title, as titles only support 100 characters and moderators can change them if they feel that they're to long. Especially with a vague OP like that, whatever the moderator feels is best for the title will swing people's responses completely away from what it is you're actually trying to express.

If, for example, the title was to be changed to "My ears fell off my head and fell into the toilet", your OP would still make perfect sense.
