I post in the forums a lot, or at least I have been trying to, what I want to know is if there is a way to view what topics you have posted/created so it makes it easier to go back and see where you did post.

There is no such feature. The closest you can get is to bookmark any thread you create or post in.

As far as I know, AG does not plan on implementing the suggested feature.

You could suggest that in the sticky in the AG3 sub forum about ideas for the new forums, well I guess it would be there, I guess that's kinda a grey area in the rules
