a most common Idea for pokemon is add weapons. Well I did thought of that in my ideas. but isn't it kind of weird to add weapons to pokemon? such as adding an M4 or an RPD, axes, staves etc.
Ideas like this are the reason PETA can get away with making a parody of Pokemon where the trainers are labelled as cruel and abusive slave masters.
Not to mention that it would completely destroy the inherent appeal the game has to virtually everyone. I hardly think any parent would let their child watch a TV show in which creatures are running around shooting and stabbing each other in some kind of macabre fight club.
