So, there was a shooter game that came out in the winter of 2011/2012 in which you had a set amount of time to pass each level. Each level had a pattern based on the music that was being played throughout in which you had to avoid incoming fire. It had a cycle of about 5 songs that repeated throughout all 20 or so levels. The levels were not linear, you could sometimes skip levels if they had an alternate route. And finally you could upgrade your ship after each level... I really want to play this game again and I've been searching through all the categories to no avail.... if anyone remembers it based on that description let me know!!!
