Just a remider to everyone, daylight savings time ended this morning at 2:00 AM. Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour.

@Xeano, So do I, but I don't care for the excessive heat in the summer and excessive cold in the winter.

Just as I expected. Well, in some countries (Philipines for example), used to have DST, but soon removed it comletely.

Let's see here. I go out at 5:00 pm and the sun is still hovering above me. Can this be? DST is here to save us!

Yes. Technically we are on standard time right now.
Daylight Savings was started in order to give farmers and such an extra hour of daylight to work in.

I thought it was for workers in general, not just farmers.
