There was a point in my life, when I was first introduced to T&C, where I was under the impression that I had to read them before I accepted them. You would not believe how long it took me to install everything I installed during that time.
It depends who is asking. If it is from the site I am on at any time I've read it word for word. Otherwise I'll just skim through it if it is short enough. I think they purposely make all the crazy terms and conditions in the middle or the end so that no one reads them. I usually get 5 pages through and just give up.
"I have read and agree with the terms and conditions". That is the biggest and most frequent lie ever. Yeah there's a reason for them, but nobody really reads then and people are highly unlikely to break them usually.
Skim through section 5. Some of those rules is broken every single day.

I can't remember the last time I ever read the Terms and Conditions, if I ever have of course. I could be agreeing to sell my soul to Newt Gingrich, but as long as I get to use my desired software he can have it! =D
I never have, never will. Most of it is probably copyright/patenting crap that no one needs to know. Besides, plagiarism is widely accepted on the internet.
