It's a glitch. It happened to Santi and balloon_girl... Might happen if someone has the same name as you but added underscores... Your own profile will pop up again sometime. :P

You can't "sort things out". The glitch will still remain ;P

Can you post the exact username you use/signed up with here?

Maybe we can relay this to the admins and figure things out for you...

Just contact jroyster22. He can help you sort things out.

Maybe this is another symptom of the "rogue" glitch. XD

The underscore glitch is much older than and separate from the rogue glitch.

AG does not recognize capitals or underscores, so this causes things to be slightly messed up when peoples usernames differ because of these.

example: say someone is a fan of the Three Kingdoms like pang is, so they do Pang_Tong_Shu, because they like Pang Tong, and he is the general of the Shu, however, pang's username is pangtongshu, and AG is not able to recognize that these are two different usernames. possible result

I actually checked out what red303 was saying and clicked on his name to go to his page (a few hours ago) and it took me to a completely different user...not an underscore glitch of his name (like how Pang_Tong_Shu still takes you to my profile)

I think you're misunderstanding the underscore glitch. Two users can use the same alphanumeric characters, but one user has an underscore and the other not. Since AG profile displays are not underscore sensitive, both usernames will display the same profile. When one of the involved users is forum active and the other is a "ghost", the displayed profile will usually belong to the forum active user, but the profile of the "ghost" user will sometimes display instead. When that happens, that is what is usually referred to as the underscore glitch. However, the underscore glitch is always active, but it will usually affect the "ghost" user and not the forum active user.

Seeing as the OP has been solved, I'm leaning towards locking it for being answered, but I guess there's still some discussion going on about the glitches around this profile problem, so I'll leave it open for now...

This thread is not dead, so you didn't need to create a duplicate. Anyway, the underscore glitch never goes away as stated before.

So the problem came up again with my profile not going to my actual profile. I've confirmed that it isn't the profile "ghosts" you guys talked about last discussion ( my "ghost" profile is RED_303). Well if you've guys got answers, i'll gladly listen to them. Oh and by the way Mr.DayCee, I signed up with red303. If that doesn't work, try Red303, but I doubt that is my exact username.
