Welcome to the fourth installment of the Super Star Showdown series. An annual tournament for gamers from different forums to come together and compete against each other.
This edition will feature Kongregate against Armor Games. Gamers, from either forum may enter. Up to sixteen players per forum. Once enough people have signed up the tournament will begin.
The tournament follows a single elimination style structure. That means you will face one opponent per round, with the winners moving on and the losers going home.
The champion, gets rewarded with a trophy sig and avatar. Which is a specially designed art piece to commemorate their victory.
Here are the rules:
1. Scores must be submitted as a screenshot. No other proof will be accepted.
2. All rounds last for exactly 3 days (acording to GMT.) Scores posted before or after the deadline will not be accepted.
3. Hacking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate disqualification.

Intro: Since it's inception in 2009. The Super Star Showdown has held a unique legacy amongst the many gaming competitions. Over one hundred gamers have entered this tournament at one point or another. Hoping to capture the highly, sought after title. To date, only four players have been able to do it. Myself, CNX, Racefan, and Adeeb Nafees.
This week, a new name will be added to that list. Two gamers from opposing forums will begin their battle. The winner, claims victory for their forum and the title of Super Star Showdown Champion.
Will it be MaistlinRajere? A finalist in last year's tournament who's gotten here with his gaming prowess and deceptive strategical skills? Or thebluerabbit? A gamer long regarded as one of Armor Game's best. His quick, problem solving skills, paved the way for a place in the finals. Now only one player stands between him and the trophy. Possibly the toughest challenge he's had to date.

Games: Since it's the finals, I'm going to get a little elaborate here. This time, there will be three games and you need to have the better score in at least two of them to win.
1. Epic Combo.
Backstory: This should be an obvious one. Great game. I played it for the first time in the Kongrefeint finals.
2. Sydney Shark
Backstory: Absolutely loved this game when I first played it in Loloynage's fifth tournament. My opponent once again was SourWhatup2.
3. Space Pips
Backstory: Another classic. I've been wanting to use it in a tournament for a long time but never got around to it until now. First discovered it in 2010.
The winner of this match gets the trophy sig, trophy avatar (when I get it done,) and bragging rights for life.
