Do you have ANY idea about how hard it is to actually create a rainbow? Look, the only way to make a rainbow is to use Spectra. To harvest spectra, we either need pegasi, or an alicorn. The thing about using an alicorn, is the fact that they always come back to life, so that's why we only use one. The problem is, he seems to have disappeared. I'm sure he'll be back soon though.
