It's the year 3063, everything has been discovered, including the ability to have unspeakable powers. These powers were controlled by a separate chip inside the user.
Not only did the word of power bring the attention of civilians and law enforcement, but it also brought the attention of criminal minds all over the globe. So super powers were being stolen everywhere, including from other people. It was mass chaos.
Then one day a group of scientists made anti-powered guns and hand cuffs. So the criminals and law enforcement were both equal powers.
This is a super powered criminal game. The way to win it is if you beat the master of the law enforcement. It will be possible to meet other players in this game, but be aware I can also split you guys up.

-_- What part of "he's dead" aren't you understanding? My guy was more prepared, better equipped, and more skilled. My guy is an assassin, ok? He kills people for a living and some of them just to decide he can get past their safety measures. He'd be able to take that guy out for a number of different reasons, including the fact that the other guy's "super speed" would only be normal speed, or even less than that if I decided to slow time down even more. He would be going slower while I would be moving normally. One of the benefits of being able to control time is that you don't have to have super speed, you just slow time to suit you.

1. This is my game so I can control if someone dies or not, you don't get to decide that.
And 2. Again this is my game, you don't control what an enemy can or cannot do. His speed can make him uneffected from slowing down time as he can go as fast he wants.

I fuse with kent the bullet is connected to the gun until it leaves the barrel this it's still in contact so instantly when you shoot think of the object use my power of reconstruction to keep the bullet at full power then teleport it. Just practice I'll make this place livable.
