It's the year 3063, everything has been discovered, including the ability to have unspeakable powers. These powers were controlled by a separate chip inside the user.
Not only did the word of power bring the attention of civilians and law enforcement, but it also brought the attention of criminal minds all over the globe. So super powers were being stolen everywhere, including from other people. It was mass chaos.
Then one day a group of scientists made anti-powered guns and hand cuffs. So the criminals and law enforcement were both equal powers.
This is a super powered criminal game. The way to win it is if you beat the master of the law enforcement. It will be possible to meet other players in this game, but be aware I can also split you guys up.

Ok definitely hostile. Energy construction of a WW2 style fighter plane to keep me from falling, I use my technopathy to fry anything close enough to me. I start firing at the robot using the fighter planes guns. I hack into the planes system to send it into a controlled crash landing (keep as many people alive as possible) I send the fighter plane crashing into the plane and I make a platform which I leap to. Construct a assault rifle that locks into place with a platform I raise from that platform and start shooting (should keep it much easier fire and since its energy construct it shouldn't have ammo limitations(Plane is too exposed for my liking )

Apparantly the robot had already left when he threw you off the plane. The plane crash lands in Ohio, Cincinnati. It may not be New York, but you're only 2 states away.

You search all you get is a news report that was posted 1 minute ago. You click it and it shows you using your powers, it also shows you being flung from the airplane, and causing it to crash. The robot must have been recording you. -------------------------
I land and rip all of his blood out of his body. With my mind. Then I freeze it in spears, impale him as many times as possible, and destroy the power core. 'Bout time someone killed him.
