This thread is a place to discuss quests for Gemcraft Labyrinth. Here is a list of the current quests available for this popular tower defense game...

A Hopeful Beginning
Acquire 10 novice amulets.
Hardness: Easy

Let's do this Again
Beat your XP record on a previously visited field.
Hardness: Easy

Artisan Wizard
Reach wizard level 12 and unlock the 1st mastery skills.
Hardness: Easy

Triple Bait
Win a battle with at least 3 monster beacons left standing.
Hardness: Easy

Don't Look into the light
Activate the same shrine 5 times in a single battle.
Hardness: Easy

Charging Up
Beat the first pylon field.
Hardness: Medium

After the Rain
Create a gem of 7 components.
Hardness: Medium

Ready for Anything
Have seven grade 3 or higher gems before wave 3 starts
Hardness: Medium

Red Mist
Reach a kill chain of 300 while having at least 300 more monsters on the scene.
Hardness: Medium

Adventurer
Acquire 30 journey amulets.
Hardness: Medium

Right in the Middle
Beat field G7.
Hardness: Hard

The Pit
Kill 30 giants with traps during one battle.
Hardness: Hard

A Bold Move
Throw 10 gems on a monster wave, then win the battle Not endurance, not epic field.
Hardness: Hard

Gatekeeper
Reach wizard level 9 playing or replaying only the first field (G13).
Hardness: Hard

A Fierce Fight
Win a battle with a settings multiplier of x6.00 or more. Not on endurance or epic field.
Hardness: Hard

Master Explorer
Win battles on at least 150 fields and acquire 5 challenge amulets.
Hardness: Hard

Reach a kill chain of 300 while having at least 300 more monsters on the scene.

Is this a spelling error? Should it say screen? It works either way, but I want to know. lol

i did it again, tad less ******, got to level nine needing 6 xp to level up and i got the quest

It can be done with only level 80

Nope, that isn't a spelling error.

You say that as if you didn't need hours of gameplay to get to level 80 itself. Lol.

It is very easy to win all of Qwests with level of 150-200 and more,
but it's not easy to win all the quests with level 80.
But it is possible,you just have to think!

Does summoning multiplier count too?
Without premium the maximum "battle setting XP multiplier" (before battle) is x4.09.

this is impossible without premium content. I think that is unfair to free players

This is,in fact,possible without premium content.What I did was go onto G13 with double monsters,random waves,and +15 waves.I kept restarting until there were a total of 30 or more giants(approx. 4 waves),then finished the battle with traps.

The locked ones require premium, and from the maps I've clicked on the multiplier doesn't change.

I played that map and summoned several waves early, the after action report showed I had over x1 multiplier from battle amulets and starting waves early, so those don't count or I'd have the quest.

You selected only one of the battle traits.You can select all 4 of the battle traits.That should get you x6.52

This is,in fact,possible without premium content.What I did was go onto G13 with double monsters,random waves,and +15 waves.I kept restarting until there were a total of 30 or more giants(approx. 4 waves),then finished the battle with traps.

This can be done without the random factor. Choose a map with Giants already in it for normal waves, for example: L13. Setup a mana trap that's amplified followed by a dmg tower with a red+lime gem in it, let the red build up it's strength and after 10-20 rouns put it into a trap after the mana one. Once the first or second Giant wave is about to come just mana bomb it until you get 30 in that wave and BAM, done.

My question though is:

How can you obtain the battle amulets without premium? There is no way I get close to collecting 70k+ mana or 1k dmg gems without amplifiers. And getting to level 100 is locked on the others.... I have everything done but the challenges and am not sure how to tackle them if I don't have premium.

I confirmed, and I put the picture on the previous page,
to do all the quests you just have to play the game.

Premium content is not required, and is not necessary
anymore than 70-80 level, which is the minimum to win 150 +2 fields.

Which means, just play the game, quests are super easy!

In comparison:

Level 200 wizard could kill 3000 giant monsters with traps as a joke.

What are the two easiest challenge amulets (the ones in the field) for non-premium, and how do I get them? For quest "master explorer."
