Do you people honestly think that ancient people could have built the pyramids by themselves?
Someone has seen too much Alien VS. Predator, eh? I got your point though, but I believe that human were able of doing this. I'm totally locking up the idea of something strange (in this case alines) helped human building those giant structures - I'm just saying that I think human were capable of doing that.
To get back on the main topic: I believe that theres life out there, but I don't know what kind. It could be a life-form like plants or water. Or it could be other creatures, possibly looking somewhat like us.
Lol Grandfishk, I actually never seen a whole movie of avp if you can believe that :P. Only seen a few minutes of one of the movies. Anyways, yes ancient humans could have built those structures. But NOT in 20 years of w/e it's said to be done in. That would be hard to do even today! Plus the precise architecture would also be almost impossible even with all of our technology.

i do not know why it is impossible. the architecture of a pyramid is actually not very complicated, and when using half a million workers, you can accomplish it in 20 years or so. right now wih the right amount of money you can built them in a couple of months
Not really donpiet with how large the pyramid was, which is why it would be hard to be precise. There's no way it would only take a couple of months =/
Not sure where you got that thought from. Anyways, back then before there was even the thought of electricity there's no way man could have built the great pyramid in only 20 years.
Indeed, I see it, but you don't need electricity or high-tech junk to build things. Pyramids are big, but not big enough to where the Egyptians needed to get help from aliens to build, I can't believe you are serious about this!
We actually have no idea, how the geography was back then....it could be that there were massive amounts of sandstone in and near Giza because while we're close we can never really know exactly what was going on 2-3 thousand years ago.
well the pyramid is an easy arichitectural form. it holds itself. so lets assume we have a lot of manpower and equipment, than yes we can do that very quickly. and also the ancient ones, had pretty clever methods, to built stuff, and as we can see they did built the pyramid in 20 years. it was possible because they had a lot of people working day and night and noone cared how many will die
Even with all that man power, it still would have been hard to build something that massive within such a short timeframe!
Also don't you think that it's weird that at the same time this is happening structures very similar to these are being built half way across the world? And Giant pieces of artwork made into the ground only visible from the sky, and usually look like what most people think aliens look like due to accounts. Why would they be built if no one could see them? For the ancient astronauts (aliens)!
Let me reference something from world war II. As you know there were many small islands in the pacific and on one there was a VERY primitive people. US soldiers gave them food via airplanes and other basic neccessities. The primitive people built structures that looked like the airplanes and worshipped them. The reason I mention this is because this is most likely what the ancient Mayans and Egyptians did.
Not really because the Egyptian pyramids were used as tombs- while the Mayan pyramids were used as temples to worship the sun god, also since both races worshiped the sun it would only make sense considering the higher you are the closer you get to the sun.
to Kyouzou, I wasn't talking about them building pyramids to worship the aliens... I was talking about so many other things built or made that are only able to see what it is from the sky. I was only refrencing the story about the primitive people in WWII.
