Well you can, you just have to do a bit of searching Currently, ArmorGames' friend features are a One-Way type, where each user has to add another manually, with or without the second user knowing. ArmorGames3 beta had the Two-Way feature, where you were notified when a user requested to friend you. This could be a future update later.
