As I was reminiscing about myself in old threads, I've found a really interesting and exciting thread that I was surprised was locked and discontinued. It was this thread.

So you know what? I'm bringing it back, new and improved!

Goal: Get to the top of the building with anything you can think of! The person who gets to the top will be the new host, who can then defend other people from getting to the top once again!

FOR EXAMPLE:
Jimmy5748432: I use a girrafe to get to the top.
alexhasboomboom: The giraffe is not tall enough.

Jimmy5748432: I use a jetpack to get to the top.
alexhasboomboom: You run out of fuel and hit the ground

Jimmy5748432: I use a flying car to get to the top.
alexhasboomboom: Flying cars don't exist.

Jimmy5748432: I parachute down onto the building.
alexhasboomboom: It is so windy outside and you land on a near by car.

IamSOOOsmartdude: I get help from chuck norris and he throws me to the top.
alexhasboomboom: CORRECT! you are the new host!

That is the most basic way of playing the game. However, I will just make it a bit more complicated!

Rules---
1) Every turn, a player or person can only make one post!
2) Anyone can join! There is no character sheet!
3) You can do anything within the realm of your imagination! But the more overpowered the post, the more I will combat it with MY imagination!
4) When you make a post, there is a chance it can backfire on you and you will suffer "injuries", which means you can't post for a certain amount of posts I make!
5) If you annoy me or break the rules, you may suffer permanent death, which I will then ignore you for the rest of the game!
6) Players can also interact with other players, helping them or hurting them. Setting up shops to sell is optional as well!
7) There is no elevators or stairs in the building. Only floors.
8) The first person that gets to the top becomes the new host of the building, which he then should try his best to safeguard the building! Be responsible and fair with your power, however!

Not that huge! Alright then, I'll think about this. I still want to make vehicles though...
Alright, I will set up a tough little bunker with a garage, if it can be done in a turn. I will put a howitzer behind it, and each shot will cost someone 10 moneys. Anyone can use it, but if their actions cause it to be destroyed, I will charge them 250 moneys.
I will also have a sort of forge underground where I will make custom items from whatever I find in the mine (which will just be an open tunnel, through a set of blast doors). It will be situated about 100 metres from the building, so within plain sight.
For the moment, I offer a chainsaw-sword for only 50 moneys.

I piece together... a microwave laser rifle! I will sell this for... 100 moneys! I also create a mechanical golem which will operate the bunker/shop (the shop will be outside) while I'm away, blasting anyone who tries to rob me. With guided missiles and lasers. And a machine gun.
I call it... the Overkill.

I stay near my shop and try to get somebody, anybody to buy something. And I ask Nerdsoft how we are supposed to get money. I was thinking of robbing a bank.... but... I believe nobody is allowed to stray too far from the building.

I build some less ambitious machines (as small as can be built in a turn) to fill up the forge. First they work on the forge, then they start making more lasers. And robots. These robots will be armed with lasers too. Finally, I make a plasma rifle, calibrate one of the five robots to make it, and retire.
So by the end, I will have one bot making plasma rifles, one making chainsaw swords, one making laser guns and two making a robot army. Which will be kept in the storage level of the bunker.

Forgot to mention: the Plasma Rifle is 250 Moneys. Moneys are earned from either monster-killing or legitimate business. I may even infest the tower with gruesome, homicidal monsters to make the economy happen. But here's an idea: every now and again, monsters infest the tower. It's like this:
A monster horde has attacked! The monsters are:
Groblin Turbomancer (1,000 HP) @ outside
Groblin Sword Contingent (1,000 total HP, 5 units left) @ outside
Groblin Gunner Contingent (1,000 total HP, 10 units left) @ outside

I climb down the elevator shaft and dig my way into room 70. Then I take the elevator to 80 after fixing it.
