Hello armor gamers, and welcome to the *official* GFX Battle thread!

GFX is short for Graphics, this thread was made so that other members can partake in art contests. Here is how it will work:

I) A moderator will choose a theme and a finishing date.
II) Members who choose to partake in this event will make make artwork that fits the chosen theme.
III) After the contest is over, a moderator/moderators will overlook all submissions and choose a winner.
IX) The winner will be granted 25 Armor Points

Everyone can partake in this event no matter what programs they have, or do not have. Some may have nothing but MSpaint. That is ok! Remember that all submissions will be reviewed. Everyone has an even chance for winning.

*GUIDELINES*
I) Stick to the theme given
II) Posts in this thread must be related to the event.
III) The maximum size for a submission is 600x600, i recommend trying to make all submissions at 450x200.
IX) All entries must be in before the given date.
X) All images used in an images must not be copyrighted! If a submission is indeed copyrighted, it will be rejected, and the submitter will have to face moderation :P

Well, renders can be used, which are pics without copyrights, but the backgrounds and affects have to be done by you.

Well the deadline is coming up and I don't have time to draw my amazing picture I intended so I drew it really badly... but it took me a long time to come up with this one, so I hope my thought comes into play in the judging!

Klaus, at first, I thought the arrow was pointing towards a pipe. Then I realized it was a hose.

Lol Total good to see someone say it's a hose.. I wasn't sure. Plus hope everyone gets the fact that the hose needs to attachment as they are in water. Trying to convey that in a bad picture is.. hard. Hence I resorted to badly drawn arrows. And I have no sense of time or dates Total, as I am in Korea i don't know what day or time it is over there, I barely know what day it is here.

And now, the results for the Eighth GFX Art Battle, with the theme of Fire!

First Place
Estel - You have definitely improved quite a bit, and I like how it is all made originally. The effects look great. Good job, you have come quite a ways!

Second Place
Arax_Nisanu - I like that it is animated, but it would have been cool if you had made it animated with your own design.

Third Place
Klaushouse - I appreciated the humor in it, the goldfish are cute

Fourth Place
fst6 - Pretty creative, and I like the guys who has his head on fire ^_^ lol.

Fifth Place
TotalReview - I like the use of effects, but it would have been cool if it looked more like fire.

Great job on this one guys!

Well since my last one really didn't have much to do with the theme, I decided to match it more. I added a blur to this one. I did not make the unicorn but I did completely make the background and everything. I hope you guys like it.
