This thread is just like Battle of the Bands or Battle of the Brands, except with creatures.
Basically all you do is you vote for an animal that would beat the other.
Today we will solve one of movies greatest mysteries:

in a fight, tiger wins. it's way biggger. duh. cheetas are cooler though.

Tiger. They are bigger and stronger and I think could easily kill a cheetah 1 on 1. Sure cheetah's have speed but their power against the tiger is just lacking.

My vote: Tiger

Tiger would easily win a cheetah is made for speed whereas a tiger is a strong powerful ambush hunter a cheetah wouldn't stand a chance if a tiger got hold of it.

Tiger. The cheetah may be faster but it would still have to get in close to the tiger and when it does the tiger can easily get a good bite into the cheetah.

Everyone's got a good argument for tigers, but they are missing something.

Cheetah makes my mouth sad.

Scorpion, because it's got that tail (which could have venom in it if it was a poisonous scorpion) and those pinchers. While as the praying mantis only has two arms.

Like what?

The scorpion depicted above would of course make short process of most praying mantis' with it's pincers. But that's mostly because it's one of the biggest scorpions. A grown mantis would have small scorpions for breakfast any day.

I really like scorpions (they glow under UV light, c'mon), but I'll go for the mantis on this one. One, because most people will likely vote scorpion, and two, because of the awesome mimicry some mantis developed that would certainly fool a scorpion. And three, because the mantis is a voracious predator.

Scorpions have a stinger and claws that would destroy a praying mantis and scorpions have a tough shell that I don't think a praying mantis would be able to penetrate.
