Okay, okay sorry with all the " superhero " stuff. I'll go for something different next time.

Spiderman. Batman is just an overly buff smart guy with a bunch of gadgets.

He has like, every gadget ever. Spiderman may be some college nerd, but he's dumb compared to Batman. Also, Batmobile, and Batrangs, and Batplane, and Batcycle, and Batgun--wait, no guns.

But Spiderman has 0 weapons. Batman has several weapons. Also, Spiderman is very hard to miss, with his red suit, while Batman is pretty stealthy.

Spiderman. He was bit by a radioactive spider and that's how he got superpowers. Batman on the other hand... is just a regular human.

Spiderman, Batman's main strategy is surprise or hiding in the dark. Spiderman's spider sense basically conquers that.

I've always liked the idea that, if you're rich enough, you can become a superhero. Even though it's a strongly fictional idea, Batman made it a reality for himself. Spiderman got bitten by a spider and acquired his powers by chance and luck. There's nothing cool about that.

I believe he was initially introduced as a villain, but after he got out of Liefeld's hands, he technically drifted more towards "anti-hero" status.
