I do both! But I like to be a follower who has influence. Better to be the power behind throne, and you're not the figurehead that gets all the heat!

There are days that I just want to hibernate

There are days i'm too lazy even to sleep

I don't like sleeping. I think is a waste of time. It would be a lot better if we only needed 1 hour of sleep

In a small group, I like to lead. In a big group, I prefer to follow.

I like being in control of a group but in more seriuos situations, I let someone else take over.

It really depends on the situation, I like being both ^^

A follower when I'm around people I don't know. I have 0% leadership skills anyway, and people tend to have better ideas than I do. As well as that, it's just a lot easier to do what people tell you to do instead of having to think about what to do all the time. Less responsibility, you know.

When I'm with my friends, I lead them into all sorts of stupid situations.

I never have enough people to follow, and no one cares to follow me, so neutral I guess.

I do both, if there is a need for a leader I will step up but otherwise I'll happily leave someone better to do it. I've dealt with stressful situations before and managed large groups too.
