Are you in China? The 202.97.90.82 resolves to an IP located in China, and some other users have mentioned problems using Armor Games from China.
I'll check with our hosting provider to see if that IP range was banned for some reason -- IPs are usually blocked due to spammers or malicious activity.
Also, if you have your actual home IP (or its range, like 202.97.*), please post it here.
